build self-confidence :

I don’t have many confidence and I’m not confident about myself .. I usually hesitate .  i want to be able to stand tall like a wall during hard and tough dayss .. i want to be more stronger to be able to face life , problems and people . I’ll be working on myself and ill do my best to make this goal come true !!

exaggerate my web magazine :

I want to write posts more .. i want to have time in order to post many times about different topics in a week.. i want to work more and more and gain more followers in order to be well-known for many people and give them my advises and tips and make by their own as well . 

be healthy :

I’m not healthy . i usually eat ice creams and chocolates and fast food .. and i really need to be fit and motivated so that’s why i really need to be healthy . i want to change all the unhealthy food with the healthy ones . i want to eat more fruits and vegetables and I’ll be working on this goal .

read more books :

I don’t usually have time to read books so i really need to organise my time in order to find time to read books . as i mentioned before in my previous post that I’m a book addict so i really need to read more books 🙂

exercise more often :

I’m not highly motivated .. so I want to be motivated beside being healthy and exercising as well . i really need to live a healthy life . 

visit new places :

this is one of my biggest goalsss !! I really want to visit new places and go on adventures and make many memories and capture many photos .. especially with my friendss .. it’s going to be so much fuuuuunnnn!!!! I mean it .. 🙂 ❤

learn turkish :

I love turkish series !!!! and I saw manyyyyyyy manyyy series and i knew their language and i started learning the language but it was pretty hard to speak perfectlyy so I will focus on this goal because i really want to speak turkish and understand what they’re saying in the series 🙂

Go shopping and buy many new clothes :

I LOVE SHOPPING !! I need to buy manyy things from many shops are here are some of my favorite shops which I recommend you to buy from it : forever 21 , zara , top shop , H&M , aeropostale , american eagle , mango and many otherss!! 

have a new room decoration :

I want to buy many new things ( interior ) and decorate my room .. it will be so much fuuuunnn!!! because I’m really bored of its decoration huh !!! 😦

How I make my blog posts // collab

hey everyone , 

I hope everything is going well ❤

for this post , it’s a collab with lovely girly blogger so make sure to check her post out . this collab had been split into two were I’m going to be writing about my routine of writing my  blog posts and she’ll be writing about some tips for bloggers .. I wish you all enjoy it ❤

andddd for now , let’s get started ❤ 🙂 

so the first step is …….. meditation and imagination :

don’t be surprised .. yes I really need to meditate and imagine in order to find out the idea that I’m going to be writing about . wherever i am i just look around  .. how people treat each other’s .. how do people look like…the sea … the sky..the sun ..the stars … life.. even my room 🙂

sometimes , when I’m not in a good mood .. I used to ask my parents or ask my friends to join me and think about a great idea to write about ..and this is really useful 🙂

planning :

after I meditate to find out the idea to write about .. i grab my planner ( a small notebook that i use to write in it all my plans for the week , my blog posts idea , and so many other things ) this is really useful … then i start planning my post , write the idea , think of it , think more and more ..

writing :

after planning , when I’m out or when I’m not having my laptop around , i grab my planner and start writing a model in it then i copy it back on WordPress to publish it  🙂

I don’t usually write it during the week .. I’m very lazy so i just pile up all my work and this is really bad .. and this is one of the reasons that make me stressed all over the week 

so it’s crystal clear that I write my blog post on Saturdays 🙂

editing:

after writing my post .. I use to edit it just to make it they i want . this step is important because editing my post make it much better and easy to read 

photos :

capturing my photos : sometimes I capture some photos and then put them together then i edit them to also make it look perfect just as the way i want . 

making a new photo : also sometimes , I set up a background to my photo and start editing it by using a program called picmonkey and I’m sure that most of you know it . 

get a photo : when I have no time .. i get a photo from the internet although i don’t like this but i don’t have choices 🙂

last but not least ,

I put them all together and put some final touches to make my post much better .. i read it many times before i publish it just to make sure that everything is going well , and after that i preview my post to see how it looks like .. after that when everything is well i click on publish and publish my post .. and i wish that you like it and enjoy it ❤ 🙂

What’s the meaning of success ? it’s well known that success is the opposite of failure …it’s the status of having achieved and accomplished an aim or objective.

No matter how old you are or where you’re from. we all share something in common . A desire to be successful. Each person’s definition of success is different, however, as some may define success as being a loving and faithful spouse or a caring and responsible parent, while most people would equate success with wealth, fame, and power.

We all want to achieve success so we could live a comfortable life,have financial freedom, drive a nice car, and live in a beautiful house. However, although success can be achieved, it does not come easy.

So here are some tips to be successful …

How to get over a bad day ?

hey everyone ,

I wish you all had a great dayy !! ❤

soo, for this post I’ll be giving you some tips or some instructions to get over a bad dayy !! I hope you enjoy it and let’s get startedddddd

try to release any negative feeling inside you

first of all , find a quiet place to sit  and relax and try as much as you can to be far away from negative places , resources and thoughts .

secondly , everyone has had bad days or moments where negative feelings consumes us … and during these days when you find a quiet place to sit in and relax .. practice a quick relaxation exercise and here is the steps :

  • Close your eyes and sit still for 30 seconds.
  • Focus on your breathing. Take deep inhales and exhales through your nose. Try to slow down your breathing so it is deep and long on each inhale and exhale. Do this for about a minute.
  • Continue to breathing slowly and deeply for two more minutes. Ask yourself three questions: “How is my body feeling? Tense? Painful?” “How am I feeling? Angry? Upset?” “What am I thinking about? All the events that lead to the bad day? Things that could improve my day?”
  • Take another minute to sit and breathe. Open your eyes once the five minutes are over.

and this is really helpful and useful .

also , try to accept that this day isn’t your day !! being in a bad mood while forcing your self to cheer up might make you more upset .. so just accept that it’s not your day and anyways it will move on .

SHARE your feelings with someone you trust : keeping your feelings about anything that hurts you isn’t that much good because it makes you feel stressed .. but if you shared it with any of your close friends it may really help you to be less stressed and more relaxed and satisfied .

when you sit and relax .. try to ask yourself some questions which is :

  • Will this day matter 5 days or 5 years from now?
  • What can I learn from this situation?
  • What small action or step can I take to start turning this day around?

and it really helps !! ❤

Exercising and eating 

go for a run , a jog or a walk : practicing exercises or any kind of sports is one of the perfect ways to get over a bad day quickly and it will really help you a lot .

go for a healthy food option : when you are having a bad day or you’re in a bad mood, your desire to eat means you are just as happy with healthy food as you are with comfort food. Though you may head straight for a chocolate bar or a big iced coffee on a bad day, remember that you can also go for healthier options and improve your mood.

practicing self-care

focus on creative activity or a hobby which you enjoy it : Your creative activity could be painting or drawing, it could be playing music or dancing, or it could even be something as simple as making a creative meal for dinner.

distract yourself with something you enjoy : This could be listening to your favorite album in your car with the windows down, or a Youtube video . Sometimes laughter can act as a way to put a bad day into perspective and break your bad mood.

last but not least , get a good night’s sleep : One of the best ways to recover from a bad day and start the next day with a fresh perspective is 8 hours of quality sleep. Go to bed at your usual time, shut off all electronics in bed, and focus on shutting down your mind so you can rest. You should be well rested and refreshed for the next day, which will hopefully be a better, happier day.

studying tips!!

how is everything going ? I hope everything is going well …also , i hope you liked my previous post . 
sooo , for this post I’ll be giving you some studying tips … in order to help you while studying . LET’S GET STARTED!!!!!

give yourself enough time to study : don’t leave it to the last minute . Set out a timetable for your study. Write down how many exams you have and the days on which you have to sit them. Then organize your study accordingly. You may want to give some exams more study time than others, so find a balance that you feel comfortable with.  

organize your study space : make sure that you have space to spread out your text books and notes . have you got enough light ? is your chair comfortable ? try to get rid of any distraction and try to be comfertable in order to be able to focus as possible .for others , background music helpsss …        some of us need everything tidy and organized in order to focus and concentrate . while others , can concentrate in a more cluttered environment . think about what works for you and take the time to get it right !! 

use flow charts and diagrams : challenge yourself to write down everything you know about this topic . getting you ideas down in these brief format can then help you to quickly recall everything you need to know during the exam . 

practice and old exam : this may really help you later because it allows you to get used to the format of the questions .

explain your answers to others : Explain an answer to a question to them. That will help you to get it clear in your head, and also to highlight any areas where you need more work. and this is really helpful .

organize study groups with friends : get together with your friends for a study session . you may have questions and they have answers and vice versa .  this can be one of the most effective ways to challenge yourself.

take regular breaks : taking regular breaks really helps .everyone is different so organize a studying routine that works for you . remember that vitamin D is important for the brain .

snack on ‘brain food’ :stay away from junk food , you may feel like you deserve a teat .   Keep your body and brain well-fuelled by choosing nutritious foods that have been proven to aid concentration and memory, such as fish, nuts, seeds, yogurt and blueberries. 

plan your exam day :  Make sure you get everything ready well in advance of the exam  don’t leave it to the day before to suddenly realize you don’t know the way, or what you’re supposed to bring. Check all the rules and requirements, in order not feel lost . 

drink plenty of water : As a final tip, remember that being well hydrated is essential for your brain to work at its best. Make sure you keep drinking plenty of water throughout your revision, and also on the exam day.

what to do on a lazy day ? // collab.

how is everything going ? I hope everything is going well

soo , I’m back again with another post !! it’s a collab with my best friend girly blogger web  and here is her link   http://www.girlybloggerweb.wordpress.com/   !! this collab had been split into two where im going to be writing about what to do on a lazy day and she’ll be writing about her lazy day routine.

anddd…let’s get started

sleep : I believe that on a lazy day …you don’t have to wake up early , as you can sleep as much as you can . also here is one fact about me : I love sleeping and it’s really hard to wake me up . also I wanna tell you something .. until grade 5 in the vacation .. i was really afraid to dream about a bad thing and also i was afraid to sleep as that a thief may enter the house and kill me and my family and other weird and hilarious stuff . i just lay on my bet and start to think and imagine things that would never happen . or i just go to the living room and start watching the tv until the clock strikes 6 or 7 AM .. and at that time i go to bed to sleep . because i was just imagining that thief come only at night !! but at school days .. sometimes my father or my mother  sit beside me until i sleep and sometimes i sleep alone . 

get a hobby : it’s going to be creative if you started to work on your talents and try to improve it . don’t you think that this will benefit you a lot ? just instead of laying on your bed or on the couch .. doing nothing . 

what about reading a book ? try to live inside this book and imagine its actions as if its true !! this is really enjoyable and awesome .

make plans : plan your week according to everything . or maybe start planning about your following post and start to write it . 

stop thinking : okayy !! its well-known that on a lazy day you have to be comfortable and happy .. so you must get rid of over thinking and negative thoughts inside your head . 

listen to music : sit down and just stay still .. turn on the music and calm down or maybe you can just stand up and start dancinggg!! this is so awesome . 

enjoy a movie : grab a big bowl of popcorn and some drinks and chocolates and start watching a moviee!! live inside the movie and forget about everything . 

do some gentle exercise : if you want to have any motivation through out your lazy day .. the simplest thing to do is to practice some stretching exercises and workout . 

search and discover : open anything you’re interested about it on the internet and start discovering about it .

go to the kitchen : what about baking some delicious bread or cookies .. be creative and work on your mind ..<3

if you are against electronics and internet .. visit some natural places : shut off your electronic devices and start meditating and observing this place and get rid of all the negative energy inside yourself and gain a positive energy instead of it . 

invite a friend: what about invite a friend to your house and start doing things together ? I really love this ❤

so , its crystal clear that I have enjoyed this collab a lot . it was so much fun .. and it’s actually a pleasure to me . thank you so much
